Privacy Policy

Effective July 2026 · Version 2026-07

This policy explains what data Centennial Fitness collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

What we collect

Account details you provide (email, display name, and optional profile settings).

Fitness activity you log — workouts, nutrition entries, body metrics, and the content you post to groups and challenges.

Basic device and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the app: save your workouts and progress, power groups, challenges, and leaderboards, and personalize your experience.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve features.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the fitness data you log for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and run the platform (for example, our cloud infrastructure provider) process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect it.

Content you choose to post to groups, public profiles, or challenges is visible to other members by design.

We may disclose data if required by law.

Your rights and choices

You can view and update your profile in Settings.

You can export a copy of your data (download-my-data) and permanently delete your account and its data from Settings → Privacy.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls limiting who can reach it.

We keep your data while your account is active; deleting your account erases it (subject to limited legal retention where required).

Children and changes

Centennial Fitness is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; material changes will be surfaced in the app.
