Delete your account
Effective September 2026 · Version 2026-09
You can delete your Centennial Fitness account and the data in it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we are required to keep. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
If you can sign in
Open Settings, then Privacy, and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm. This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
The same screen also lets you export a copy of your data first. Once deletion completes, an export is no longer possible, so download it beforehand if you want it.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@centennialfitness.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that you control the address before deleting anything, because we will not act on an unverified request to erase someone else data.
We respond within 30 days, and sooner where the law where you live requires it.
What deletion removes
Your account and profile; everything you logged, including workouts, nutrition, body metrics and notes; health data imported from Apple Health, Health Connect or a connected wearable; your connections to those providers; and your membership records at any gym you joined through the app.
Deleting your account is also how you withdraw consent to health-data processing, because that data is what the app is made of.
What we may keep, and for how long
Records the law requires us to retain, and records needed to resolve a dispute or complete a transaction already in progress - for example a payment record kept for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for as long as that obligation lasts.
Backups are retained on a rolling basis and are overwritten in the ordinary course rather than edited, so a copy of deleted data can persist in a backup until that backup ages out.
