Why would I sign up — what do I actually get?
A single system to run your studio: scheduling, bookings, check-in, attendance, POS, member management and a branded member portal — plus the community layer that keeps members engaged. Free forever, with unlimited members.
Can I have members / users?
Yes — unlimited, with no per-seat pricing. You register the gym and become the owner, members join your community, and you add staff with a staff code.
Does it handle check-in and attendance?
Yes. There is a kiosk check-in mode for the front desk, and attendance is tracked automatically.
Can I take payments?
Yes. Built-in POS lets you sell memberships, drop-ins and retail at the desk. Card processing is optional — its only cost is the payment processor’s fee at cost — or bring your own processor and pay Centennial nothing.
How much does it cost?
Every feature is free, forever — unlimited members, no per-seat pricing, no premium plan. The only costs that ever exist are optional and pass straight through to you at cost: third-party health-app integrations (Apple Health / Google Health), and — only if you use our built-in card processing to charge members — the payment processor’s fee. Prefer your own processor? Use it and you pay Centennial nothing.

Yes — every feature is free, forever, for the gym and every member: no per-seat fees, no premium plan, no credit card to get going. The only optional costs are pass-through third-party health integrations and, if you use our card processing, the processor’s fee.
How do members join our community?
Members create a free account and join your gym to see the schedule, book classes, and take part in challenges and leaderboards — on web and mobile.
What happens to our members’ health and fitness data?
It belongs to the member. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, members control what they share, and you can export your members’ data anytime, free.
